First of all let me start with the Tosh.O quote..."Let the Hung(over) Games begin!" I just laughed and laughed at that for some reason. Witty, I tell ya!
I'm going to say it: I did not love The Hunger Games movie. Gasp. I know. I was totally ADD the whole movie and kinda felt myself just wanting it to end. I almost felt ill because the person running the camera must have been obsessed with close-ups. I kept wanting to back up the view. I just didn't enjoy it! All of the details that made the books so amazing weren't present in the movie, at least I didn't think. If you did enjoy the movie, good for you. However, I don't know that I'll be seeing the second one. Yep, I am not officially that girl that says, "The book was better!"
yes! Nick and I loved your insight on the first person narrative. He added that to the list of reasons why he didn't care for the movie as well. The shaky camera was a horrible decision!
